Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) is a state-owned enterprise established in 2002, managing and operating six major international airports in Thailand, including Suvarnabhumi and Phuket. The Thai government holds a 70% stake in the company, with the remaining shares owned by institutional and retail investors. Suvarnabhumi Airport is a key facility, serving over 40 million travelers annually. AOT focuses on four strategic pillars: connectivity, service quality, operational efficiency, and sustainability. The company aims to integrate various transport modes, enhance service offerings, operate cost-effectively, and maintain a balance across social, economic, and environmental aspects. AOT emphasizes safety and service quality while adhering to international security standards. In fiscal year 2025, AOT served 126 million passengers, reflecting an 11% increase from the previous year, and anticipates further growth in passenger numbers for fiscal year 2026.
