AP Oil International Limited, formerly known as Huan Chew Oil Trading Pte Ltd, we have three lubricant blending plants (two in Singapore, one in Vietnam) producing a wide range of lubricants for automotive, industrial and marine applications. Our lubricant products are marketed under the brand name of AP Oil and SINO (literally signifying Singapore Oils).
