The Auditor-General's Office (AGO) is Singapore's independent national auditor, responsible for auditing and reporting on the use of public resources. The Auditor-General, currently Goh Soon Poh, is appointed by the President and operates independently, as protected by the Constitution. The office reports its findings through the Annual Report of the Auditor-General, which is shared with the President, Parliament, and the public.
