AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is a nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles, founded in 1987. It is recognized as the world's largest HIV/AIDS organization, providing free prevention, testing, treatment, and advocacy services to millions of patients across 48 countries, regardless of their ability to pay. Originally established as the AIDS Hospice Foundation, AHF shifted its focus from hospice care to enabling individuals with HIV to live well through advanced medical treatments. The organization operates a network of healthcare centers, wellness centers, and pharmacies, delivering comprehensive care, including HIV testing and antiretroviral treatment.
