Sigma manufactures rigid pipes up to 150mm diameter, ducting of various sizes, fabrications, sub-assemblies, sheet details and machined parts from a full range of metallic materials for the Airframe, Power & Systems and Services sectors at our facilities in the UK and China. We offer Nadcap accredited supporting services such as welding, surface treatments, NDT, machining, specialist finishing, and we have the capability to manufacture our own tooling. With our dedicated NPI team, Sigma engineers new products and ensures fast make delivery to the aircraft. Cross-site customer approvals mean we are able to provide an internal dual-source capability supported by our vertically integrated supply chain.
