OCBC Bank, or Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation, is Singapore's oldest financial services group, established in 1932 through the merger of three local banks. It has grown to become the second-largest financial services provider in Southeast Asia by assets, with a strong presence in ASEAN and Greater China markets. The bank is headquartered in the iconic OCBC Centre in Singapore. OCBC offers a wide range of financial services, including commercial and investment banking, fund management, retail and corporate banking, private banking through Bank of Singapore, and Islamic banking via OCBC Al-Amin. The bank has a history of innovation, being the first in Singapore to introduce mobile banking, 24-hour ATMs, and internet banking. It is also committed to sustainable finance, with plans to exceed S$71 billion in commitments by 2024. OCBC has a regional network that includes branches in Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and Hong Kong, and it maintains strong credit ratings from major agencies.
